First visual inspection and transparent weighment when produce arrives from farmer groups.

Sorting and grading by size, colour and defects against the agreed specification sheet.
Testing & inspection
Lab tests (moisture, residues, curcumin etc.) and third-party pre-shipment inspection on request.
Packing & dispatch
Spec-compliant packaging, photo documentation and supervised loading before dispatch.
Everything ships against a written specification
Vague promises cause disputes. Before any order is confirmed, we agree a specification sheet covering:
- Variety, grade and size / count ranges
- Measurable parameters — moisture %, brix, broken %, purity, curcumin content
- Defect tolerances and rejection thresholds
- Packaging material, weights and markings
- Inspection method and documentation to be provided
If a lot doesn't meet the sheet, it doesn't ship. Simple.
Farm-level traceability — our unfair advantage
